Dear little "Gee":
Daddy has but a few minutes to write and tell "Gee" how anxious he is to see him. When daddy comes over to Grandma's house you just bet "Gee" is going to have a dandy time. Daddy is going to buy some ice cream and take "Gee" down to see Charley Chaplin. And we're going to have some nice cookies and a lot of good things to eat. Maybe you and daddy will go in bathing if the water gets warm.
And every morning you and daddy are going to take a walk before breakfast. When we come back "Gee" will be so hungry that grandma will have to cook a lot of things to eat. And then, too, we are going on the train to see aunt Clara and uncle Charley and Glenn and Mary. I'll bet they'll be glad to see "Gee".
So just keep thinking about daddy and one of these days he'll be coming long with a big hug for you.
